'Could you design a classic Rebecca film poster?' a new Little White Lies creative brief with Netflix

To mark the release of Ben Wheatley’s Rebecca, based on Daphne du Maurier’s classic Gothic novel of the same name, Little White Lies asked their readers to create an original poster inspired by the source material and featuring one or both of the new cast members, Lily James and Armie Hammer.

The Brief

For this brief, we partnered with Netflix to ask Little White Lies readers to create an alternate poster for their new film ‘Rebecca’. The entries were bold, completely original and classically styled, taking inspiration from the 1930s, when Wheatley’s film is set and when du Maurier’s novel was first published.

The winning entry plus two runners up will be printed and displayed at sites around London, alongside the main official poster, with full credit to the entrant.
