Nomadland 'Vanguard' Zine and Girls on Tops collaboration

To celebrate the upcoming release from visionary filmmaker Chloé Zhao we created ‘Vanguard’ a 12-page zine, intended to exist inside the world of Nomadland, beautifully illustrated by Rumbidzai Savanhu and our very own Laurène Boglio.

Inside you’ll find a profile of our “Notable Nomad” of the month, Fern, as well as a guide to naming your van, Merle’s crockery corner, and much more. The zine was edited by LWL editor-in-chief David Jenkins and produced by LWL partnerships manager Ollie Slade. The zine also inspired a limited edition t-shirt in partnership with Disney's Searchlight Pictures & Girls On Tops, a group who aim to promote iconic women in cinema.
