The Mighty Mighty x Supreme San Fransisco launch film

At the end of last year The Mighty Mighty were asked by regular collaborator Adam Brinkworth to create a video piece to celebrate their latest installation at the new Supreme store in San Francisco.

Brinkworth Design along with the Wilson Brothers created a space in a restored industrial building in the Mid-Market neighbourhood.

Central to the store concept is a suspended skate bowl leaving the beautiful underneath visible. As Adam said “The bowl is like a huge speaker. Getting immersed in the thunderous sound of it being ridden makes my hair stand on end.”

Inspired by the roar of the bowl and the unmistakable noise of skating the city, Phil Young, founder of The Mighty Mighty travelled to the U.S. with famed skate DOP Dan Magee to shoot the piece which featured Supreme skater Lui Elliot’s journey from street to store. The classic SF Knights track by People Under The Stairs finished the edit which was featured as an exclusive on HypeBeast in Jan.
