Prior to over a decade working on Huck, she studied International Development and Politics followed by a postgraduate diploma in Journalism. Since 2010, she's directed Huck's editorial line, overseeing original photography and journalism commissions from ideation through edit to publication. She is drawn to human stories that unfold on the fringes, at the pressure points where counterculture and the mainstream collide and is working to bring Huck’s editorial voice to life as films, digital experiences, books, events, photography exhibitions and workshops. Andrea has led on major brand partnerships with Vans, Facebook and The North Face and sat on photography judging panels for the Amnesty Awards, Sony World Photography Awards, Independent Photography Festival (I.P.F), PhotoForum and Pilkington Prize. She has delivered talks on disruptive media at the Tate Modern, BJP Breakthrough Sessions, PhotoForum and more.

Vince is also Chairman of the Content Marketing Association. He was previously editor of Surfing Magazine, in California, and reporter for The Orange County Register, LA Weekly and others. He is also a filmmaker, and produced Sundance Channel feature documentary Rio Breaks. Vince holds a PhD on youth media and business models from Goldsmiths College, University of London.

From producing the UK's most awarded TV ad break, to creating the UK's first 'always on'​ branded content studio.

Simon has received over 36 Awards across media, creative and production, including 2x D&AD Pencils, 2x Gold Cannes Lions, 2x Media Week Grand Prix, Campaign of the Year, Thinkbox, CIPR, CLIO, Eurobest, Marketing Society, International Content Marketing Association.

Action sports veteran Phil Young leads The Mighty-Mighty, a new breed of outdoor and action sports agency working with clients from Telefonica/O2 to Nike Skateboard, Energy and Basketball.

Phil has built a formidable reputation for delivering authentic content, events and marketing activations after establishing himself in the action sports scene as a lifestyle and sports presenter for Channel 4 and as a magazine columnist.

Previous to TCO he spent three years as creative lead at Factory Media, where he developed the Selfridges skatepark with HTC, campaigns for Ford, Mini, Volvo and Nikon, alongside international activations and launches for Nike.

Chloé has worked in sustainability for nearly 15 years on varied, complex projects to improve and measure the impact business has on people and nature. Working in-house and agency-side, previous clients include: C&A, Coca-Cola Enterprises, Ford, HSBC, JPMorgan & Chase, Maersk, Manchester Airport Group, Nestlé Global, Novelis, Varian Medical Systems, as well as the Department for International Development (now the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office), NGOs and community groups. Chloé has completed materiality assessments, technical reviews, gap analyses and worked on countless sustainability reports. While at TCO this includes a bi-annual impact narrative for Accenture's UK and Ireland business, and a magazine-style Integrity Report for Unilever's BCorp condiments brand, Sir Kensington's, combining a unique design with original journalism to reach new audiences and explore some of the biggest challenges we face.

David Jenkins is the editor of Little White Lies, a bi-monthly movie magazine powered by illustration which has just reached its 60th issue. He worked as a film critic for Time Out London prior joining the LWL staff and has written on film for Sight & Sound, The Guardian, FIPRESCI, Montages, MUBI and various other outlets. He is co-editor of the Faber & Faber book, What I Love About Movies, and has supplied booklet essays for Blu-ray releases of John Ford’s My Darling Clementine and Robert Altman’s 3 Women.

Ann-Marie has production experience across both editorial and commercial content. She has worked for broadcasters such as NBC and ABC News and has produced commercials for brands such as Bumble. Her work has taken her around the globe – from working in Mexico City on coverage of the 2012 elections to writing for Rough Guides in Turkey.

Josh heads up our production efforts, having previously worked for 5 years for Creative Agency, Mother. He has axperience spanning long and short form film production, photography and print.

Clive head ups TCO's book publishing programme. Recent publications include Resist! How to Make a Stand in the Age of Defiance and The Little White Lies Guide to Making your own Movie, which has now been published in 8 languages. He has more than 20 years experience in the publishing industry and has helped create books for some of the world's leading publishers including Random House, HarperCollins, Thames & Hudson and Laurence King. He has a degree in Modern History from Oxford University.
